Submit your free nomination by filling out the form. Submissions are open from August 21, 2025. Incomplete entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
EDITORIAL REVISIONS
Once you have completed your submission, the next step will be to carefully read through the publishing agreement, ensure you understand its terms, and then provide your signature.
PUBLISHING AGREEMENT
Following receipt of your submission and signed agreement, our editorial team will edit and format your entry before presenting it to the Expert Panel.
APPROVAL REQUEST
We will send the edited proofs for you to check and if everything is in order you will need to give your approval before they proceed to the experts for revision.
NOTIFICATION IF SELECTED
If your submission is chosen by the expert panel, you will receive notification from us that you will be one of the successful small businesses to feature in the book.
BOOK
RELEASE
The book is set to be published in 2026 and will be exclusively available for purchase on Amazon.com, offering a unique showcase for exceptional small businesses.

Submissions are free. All you have to do to be considered is enter the BASA Awards, fill out the separate Book form, sign the publishing agreement, and timely respond to the editorial team requests. No cost or minimum book copy purchase are required.
DEADLINES
From August 21, 2025, submissions will be accepted. Incomplete entries submitted before or after the deadline will not be considered, and no extensions will be provided. Timely responses to the editorial team are also required, if selected for publication.
EXPERT PANEL
Our Expert Panel will carefully review each submission to evaluate small businesses based on either product or service quality, leadership, business vision, product or market innovation, and their impact on the local or broader community.
