SUBMISSIONS FOR THE BOOK CLOSE ON AUGUST 20, 2025
Step 1:
Be sure to check your email. You’ll receive a confirmation of your submission, along with the Publishing Agreement and more information about the upcoming Best in Business 2026 book. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help.
Step 2:
As with any book, we’ll need a signed written release from you that authorizes us to use your material “as is.” Please review and sign the Publishing Agreement so we can move forward with your submission. We won’t be able to proceed or include any of your content until the release is signed.
Step 3:
In the next 15 days, you can expect to receive an email from our editors containing the final version of your submission. Please review it carefully and share any feedback or changes promptly. Once finalized, the document will be sent to the Expert Panel for their review. Contact us for any questions.
Step 4:
Please note that no further changes can be made after this stage, so it’s important to review everything carefully. If your submission is selected for inclusion in the book, the story of your business will be printed exactly ‘as is.’ This ensures that the final version truly represents your vision and achievements when it goes to print.
Step 5:
You will receive a notification only if your submission is selected for inclusion in the prestigious Best in Business 2026 book. This exclusive recognition highlights outstanding small businesses and their inspiring stories. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for any updates regarding your selection status.
Step 6:
This is a free, no-obligation opportunity. As a BASA Awards® nominee, there is no cost to you, and no obligation to purchase a copy of the book. If you choose to purchase book copies, hardback editions will be available on Amazon.com starting Nov 2025. No digital or PDF versions will be available. We will not distribute any free copies.
